Yeah, you heard right. We got our 1st (confirmed) glimpse at Jim Carrey’s Dr. Eggman (or Robotnik) in the upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog film. So here he is.
Now when I 1st saw this I just started laughing as I had no idea what to make of the new design for Sonic’s arch-nemesis (and I made instant use of the new TSR short meme below). The resemblence to Eggman is there with the suit, goggles & appearance. But it’s kind of odd seeing Eggman without glasses (which doesn’t look bad here) or a really small moustache.
On top of this the 1st trailer is supposedly set to release tomorrow. According to the original leak post over on Segabits Discord.
So it’s likely tomorrow will be the day we get our 1st ever look at the Sonic Movie, footage I mean. As we just seen Eggman’s design reveal, so technically the 2nd ever look at the film.
