Sonic Movie Update: Sonic’s New Voice & Cast Members/ Team Sonic Racing: New Traks & Teams At Gamescom 2018

So as many of you probably know that the cast list for the Sonic The Hedgehog Movie is growing by, what seems every week since filming began. Anyways three more cast members are attached to the film, however I’m still waiting confirmation on two of them. Okay so Ben Schwartz will be voicing Sonic in the film. Now some fans are mixed about this announcement. Like the Jim Carrey as Dr. Eggman situation, it’s about the same here. Some fans like this move, some think that Sonic’s voice should’ve stayed the same as the games. Sonic in the games is currently voiced by Roger Craig Smith. Of course this was to be expected and we already seen earlier with Dr. Eggman, that the current cast would get switched out for the film. This ain’t Ratchet & Clank where the game cast mostly was the same for the film. Schwartz is currently the voice of Leonardo in the new Rise of the TMNT cartoon, while voicing Sonic in the film in the same time-frame.

Then we got this new video with a new Team mechanic video for Team Sonic Racing. Then we also got confirmation at amescom 2018.tracks and Teams will be announced at Gamescom 2018.

So what do you guys think about all this? Let me know what you guys think in the comments below.
